The purpose of the consultation is to gather sufficient information to provide comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, fees, and costs, determine the nature of your inquiry, answer your questions, identify and discuss your options, provide necessary information to assist in your decision, and determine the next steps in the process.
Client Responsibility: The client must provide the RCIC with all required factual information and documentation for the consultation. The client must be accurate and honest, disclosing all relevant information, even if negative or adverse. Failure to fully disclose all relevant information can impact the advice given by RCIC, potentially void this Agreement, and seriously affect the outcome of the client’s application or retention of any status obtained.
Advice Current on Date of Consultation: The advice provided by the RCIC to the client is based on Canadian immigration law and policy as of the consultation date. The RCIC is not responsible for any changes in government legislation or policy that may affect the processing of the client’s subsequent application.
No Guarantee on Outcome: The RCIC will provide consulting services to the standard of a competent CICC member but does not guarantee success in meeting the client’s business, education, employment, or immigration goals.
Confidentiality: The RCIC is required to keep the client’s information confidential to encourage open and honest communication. All information and documentation provided by the client will not be shared with any third party, except the RCIC’s agents and employees, without prior consent, unless required by law.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
The client agrees to pay the fees indicated in the booking tool above for the selected online consultation services.
If the RCIC’s services are retained within thirty (30) days from the date of this consultation, an amount equivalent to the fee paid for this consultation will be credited towards the cost of additional services.
